Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bold Black Apparel. The following terms and conditions make up our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders from Bold Black Apparel are made to order and printed after purchase.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

Because each T-shirt is printed after purchase, processing time is separate from shipping time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing or shipment may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow additional time during holidays, sales, severe weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order ships, domestic delivery typically takes up to 5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Most domestic orders are delivered within approximately 10 business days from the date of purchase, including both processing and shipping time.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Locations

Bold Black Apparel works with production and fulfillment partners to print and ship orders as efficiently as possible.

Domestic U.S. orders are typically printed and shipped from U.S.-based fulfillment facilities.

International orders may be printed and shipped from fulfillment centers closer to the customer’s delivery region when available.

Shipping availability is based on the shipping options shown at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Shipping to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or other special delivery locations may depend on the shipping options available at checkout.

If your address is accepted at checkout, your order can be placed using the available shipping method shown.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after your package is received by the carrier.

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or through our order tracking page.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Bold Black Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered production or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.

If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can help review the issue.

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier first. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us for support.

Damages, Incorrect Items, or Production Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a production issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shirt.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable.

We’ll review the issue and help make it right.

International Shipping Policy

Bold Black Apparel currently ships internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

International orders may be printed and shipped from fulfillment centers located closer to the delivery region when available. This helps reduce unnecessary shipping distance and may improve delivery efficiency.

International shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International delivery times vary by destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. Because international orders may pass through customs, delivery may take longer than domestic orders.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Bold Black Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by customs, international carrier processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your country is not available as a shipping option at checkout, we are unable to ship to that location at this time.
